Paragraph 2.7 Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting has been shortened with the removal of table 2.3 and refocused on the use of FAA and ICAO standards.
Chapter 3 Responsibilities has been modified to clearly delineate responsibilities between AFRC Command Center and FGC Battle Watch with OST execution authority exclusively falling under the FGC Battle Watch.
Chapter 8 has been substantially revised with the discontinued use of the term Threat Working Group and shifting to the term Risk Assessment Working Group.
