AFRCI10-203 covers crisis response operations, emerging and multi-crisis operations, sustained operations, and the organizations supporting them. It sets requirements for Crisis Action Team composition, functions, training, activation procedures, staff qualifications, duties, and security procedures.
Applies to: This publication applies to the HQ AFRC, Special Staff personnel, subordinate NAFs, the FGC, ARPC and AFRC personnel performing duties during periods of international tension, national tasking, contingency operations, and exercises.
Specific changes include: addition of Multi-Crisis Operations guidance and updated CAT staff qualifications and duties.
Additional specification of AFRC Command Center responsibilities and duties have been added along with changes to CAT support positions and security procedures.
