How is subsistence for troops funded?

Subsistence is funded from a Centrally Managed Account (CMA); do not use your AF Form 616, Fund Cite Authorization.

When are drinking water and ice charged against AF Form 616?

Potable drinking water and ice are exceptions. If the medical authorities determine they must be purchases, costs are charged against AF Form 616, Fund Cite Authorization.
