It addresses nutritional medicine organization, planning, personnel administration, nutrition care, meal service, and subsistence management. Compliance with AFMAN44-144 is mandatory, and records created through its prescribed processes must be maintained and disposed of under applicable Air Force requirements.
Applies to: This Manual does not apply to the Air Force Reserve, except where noted.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
Substantially revised, this document must be reviewed in its entirety.
