Applies to: This instruction applies to all military personnel assigned or attached to the 39th Air Base Wing (39 ABW).
To compete, military and civilian personnel must not be under investigation, have an unfavorable information file, or be on a control roster.
Further, military personnel must meet dress and appearance standards and have a documented current and passing fitness score during the entire award period.
If Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Headquarters United States Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa (HQ USAFEAFAFRICA), and/or 3rd Air Force (3 AF) make policy changes affecting the wing’s awards program, those changes will supersede this guide and will be incorporated into the next revision of this guide.
