Are points assessed for revocation or suspension actions?

No points are assessed for revocation or suspension actions.

When must revocations be based on a conviction or hearing?

Except for implied consent violations and/or failure to complete verbal/written search authorizations, revocations must be based on a conviction by a civilian court or courts–martial, non- judicial punishment under Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Art.15, or a separate hearing as addressed in this regulation.

How long is the Fix-It ticket period for these violations?

For these violations, drivers will be given a 96 hour Fix-It ticket to correct the violation. (paragraph 3)

What happens if a driver corrects the violation within 96 hours?

If a driver submits proof they corrected the violation within the 96 hours the Fix-It ticket will be voided and no suspension or revocation will be issued. (paragraph 3)

Are revocations issued by other installation commanders honored?

The 366 FW/CC or designee will honor revocations issued by other installation commanders regardless of service component affiliation. (paragraph 3)
