The publication covers POV and government vehicle privileges, registration, driver records, improvement programs, police traffic supervision, and off-installation traffic activities. Compliance is mandatory, waivers are not granted, and specified information must be collected and maintained under the Privacy Act.
Applies to: This supplement to the basic instruction is applicable to all Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD) members, civilian personnel assigned to or visiting MHAFB, Idaho, their dependents, and to all owners and operators of a motor vehicle on MHAFB.
No points are assessed for revocation or suspension actions.
Except for implied consent violations and/or failure to complete verbal/written search authorizations, revocations must be based on a conviction by a civilian court or courts–martial, non- judicial punishment under Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Art.15, or a separate hearing as addressed in this regulation.
For these violations, drivers will be given a 96 hour Fix-It ticket to correct the violation. (paragraph 3)
If a driver submits proof they corrected the violation within the 96 hours the Fix-It ticket will be voided and no suspension or revocation will be issued. (paragraph 3)
The 366 FW/CC or designee will honor revocations issued by other installation commanders regardless of service component affiliation. (paragraph 3)
