The publication addresses airfield operations at contingency, contracted, overseas, joint, shared-use, and fixed- and rotary-wing locations. It establishes coordination, waiver, supplement, and records requirements for covered organizations and facilities.
Applies to: This supplement applies to all AFGSC Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard units that are tenants on AFGSC bases or when mission gained by AFGSC under Title 10 USC authority.
The authorities to waive wing, and unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a tier number (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) following the compliance statement.
