Applies to: This manual applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve (AFR) performing GBMC2 enterprise.
Ensure all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
For incomplete evaluations, list them in this section, do not include them in the qualification level block (e.g., EQ, Q-1), and record them as incomplete in the remarks. (paragraph 4)
Examinee’s supervisor will be debriefed on results of evaluation and annotated on AF Form 8 Additional Comments section. (paragraph 7)
