Applies to: This publication applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard (ANG).
Specific areas are prescribed to ensure an accurate assessment of the proficiency and capabilities of operations personnel.
The criteria apply to all Active Component, ANG, Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), Combat Mission Ready (CMR), and Basic Mission Capable (BMC) operations crew members performing duties within the Battle Control Center (BCC) and DRUs.
The ability to supplement legacy crew positions expires on 1 July 2028 unless waived in writing by ACC Combat Integration Branch (ACC/A3CI) and ACC/A3TV.
WG/CCs will provide a memorandum to ACC/A3C with the updated unit conversion status 180 days after this document is published and recurring every 180 days thereafter unless directed otherwise by ACC/A3C.
The memorandum to ACC/A3C will contain the following information at a minimum: percentage of unit conversion completed, timeline to complete remaining unit conversion, roadblocks to conversion, and any additional support that is required to complete unit conversion.
