When is the rope ladder prohibited from live operations?

If any nicks or excessive fraying to the point of broken strands are found, do not use the rope ladder for live operations, as serious injury or death may result.

How often must the anchor cable be inspected?

Anchor cable will be inspected once per flight/sortie regardless of the number of iterations performed.

What condition prevents use of a fast rope?

Do not use a rope that is severely frayed (light fraying on the rope from normal use does not weaken the rope). (paragraph 3)
