Applies to: This manual applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard.
ACU requires a formal training folder (AF Form 4022) or electronic equivalent to document required training and certification. (paragraph 1-4)
First-time waivers for the individual event(s) may be granted by the Sq/CC (AFRC Sq/CC or Sq/DO). (paragraph 1-4)
Flight physicals become due the 366th day after the previous physical and expire after the 455th day or as indicated on the DD Form 2992, whichever occurs first. (paragraph 1-4)
Course length will not exceed one training day. (T-2). (paragraph 6)
Mission Ready (MR)/Combat Mission Ready (CMR) and personnel assigned to combat-coded units will receive CAC every 36 months. (paragraph 6)
