The 603 Air Operations Center (AOC) Personnel Recovery Coordination Center (PRCC) is the primary Point of Contact (POC) for civil search and rescue (SAR) requests within the NATO Area of Responsibility (AOR).
HH-60G qualified aircrew serving as guest flyers will complete the Guest Helicopter Aircrew Checklist (Attachment 2) prior to their first flight in a 31 FW aircraft.
Aircrew will consider the training area Birds Severe if their aircraft has to alter its flightpath multiple times (i.e. 3 or more times) to avoid bird strikes.
Cease all tactical maneuvering, flight leads/AC will evaluate the training area for overall bird condition.
Aircrew will use 500 pounds of useable fuel for minimum landing fuel.
