What missions are considered AFMC close watch missions?

All missions flown outside the continental United Sates (OCONUS) or missions that require an AFMC/A3 one-time flight approval waiver is deemed a close watch mission. (paragraph 8)

What does the minimum equipment list identify?

The MEL is an aircraft specific lead MAJCOM developed pre-launch document listing the minimum equipment/systems to operate the aircraft. (paragraph 8)
