It covers grading instructions, emergency procedures evaluations, instrument, qualification, mission, instructor, and spot evaluations. It also provides evaluation criteria for pilots, WSOs, navigators, enlisted aviators, UAS personnel, and other aircrew.
Applies to: It applies to all Air Force Material Command (AFMC) units and AFMC gained flying units and personnel.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the requestor’s commander for non-tiered compliance items (See paragraph 1.2).
Field units below MAJCOM level will forward copies of their proposed supplements to this publication to AFMC/A3V for review and approval prior to publication.
Ensure all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to Air Force Instruction 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
