Does the supplement apply to Air Force Reserve Command or Air National Guard units?

With the exception of personnel participating in an AETC Associate Instructor program, this supplement does not apply to Air Force Reserve Command or Air National Guard units unless specified by Major Command Memorandum of Understanding.

How must AETC units coordinate their supplements?

Each unit will coordinate its supplement with AETC/A3V before publication and forward one copy to AETC/A3V after publication.
