The publication contains policy, consolidated aircraft and mission equipment tables, reference data, weight and balance data, and floor plans. It specifies emergency, parachute, life preserver, anti-exposure suit, and other equipment requirements, while updating publication references and cargo handling procedures.
Applies to: It applies to individuals at all levels operating C-17 aircraft, including the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and National Guard Bureau (NGB), except when noted otherwise.
