For peace-time, do not use runways less than 3,000 feet.
Minimum runway width is 80 feet (60 feet for maximum effort).
Normal takeoffs will not be made if Runway Available is less than CFL, or if Refusal Speed is less than Ground Minimum Control Speed (VMCG).
Intersection takeoffs may be made at the discretion of the AC provided the operating environment (i.e., gross weight, obstructions, climb criteria, weather, etc.) allows for a safe takeoff and departure.
