Applies to: This supplement defines local evaluation criteria and local procedures for the 375th Air Mobility Wing (AMW) Aeromedical crew evaluations and applies to active duty aeromedical evacuation units.
Newly upgraded basic aircrew members will be considered for a N/N evaluation 3 months following the successful completion of the Mission Qualification Training program.
Newly upgraded flight instructors and examiners are subject to N/N evaluations effective, on their next assigned mission following completed upgrade.
Flight Examiner objectivity evaluations will be given to initially-certified Flight Examiners by AE HHQ, OGV Flight Examiners, and designated Squadron Senior Flight Examiners within the first 12 months after certification and anytime thereafter.
The commander or operations officer will always be debriefed for unqualified performance.
Report flight evaluations graded Q-3 or Q-2 to the OG/OGV office NLT the end of the next duty day with a copy of the draft AF Form 8 detailing subareas graded Q-/U and the flight examiner’s comments and recommended additional training.
