It establishes guidance for structuring and monitoring aircrew Stan/Eval programs, including evaluation, qualification, requalification, and waiver matters. It requires compliance with applicable records management, supplement coordination, and more restrictive flight, training, and evaluation directives.
Applies to: It provides additional guidance to AFMAN 11-202, Volume 2, and applies to Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) assigned aircrew.
When rules, restrictions, and provisions indicated in this supplement are less restrictive than applicable aircraft flight, training, and evaluation directives, the more restrictive directives apply.
MAJCOMs, field operating agencies (FOAs) and Headquarters Air Force (HAF) direct reporting units (DRUs) will supplement this manual.
The authorities to waive wing, and unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a tier number (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) following the compliance statement.
Waivers will be routed to PACAF/A316 after OG/CC coordination. (paragraph 90-160)
