It establishes minimum Air Force standards for Special Warfare Mission Support, Unit Level Intelligence, ISR Liaison Officers, and TACP Command and Control personnel. The manual combines these programs into a training process progressing from initial certification training through mission certification training, continuation training, and Combat Mission Ready status.
Applies to: This publication applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of Regular Air Force, the Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard (ANG) personnel who are assigned to support TACP WS operations.
The training process progresses from initial certification training (ICT) to mission certification training (MCT).
Combat mission ready (CMR) status is achieved as a result of MCT completion and currency with continuation training (CT).
Compliance with the attachments in this publication is mandatory.
