Applies to: It applies to all Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Command and Control organizations and personnel, including Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and Air National Guard (ANG) forces gained through Command Post.
Transmit Emergency Action Messages (EAMs) to AETC units and AETC-gained units using a secure and reliable SIPRNET message communication system.
At no time will the AETC Command Center purposely send out invalid Emergency Action Messages (T-2).
AETC units on non-AETC installations will establish formal memorandums of understanding (MOU) or memorandums of agreement (MOA) with the host unit (T-2).
Establish procedures to restrict both primary and alternate command post access to assigned command post controllers, wing senior staff, and other personnel with routine official command post business, according to AFI 31-101, Integrated Defense (FOUO) (T-3).
The requesting unit is responsible for funding the TDY (T-2).
