Applies to: This publication is applicable to all Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) personnel, including uniformed members of the United States Air Force (USAF), civilian employees, as well as those with a contractual obligation to abide by the terms of DAF issuances, except where noted otherwise.
Ensure that all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate tier waver approval authority, or alternately, to the publication OPR for non-tiered compliance items.
The waiver request process requires Commanders to utilize the operational reporting process to inform Headquarters (HQ) PACAF of events that warrant Commander PACAF notification.
