The supplement covers the OPREP-3 system, Emergency Mass Notification System requirements, and operational reporting procedures. It also addresses report timing criteria, waiver authorities, and records created by prescribed processes.
Applies to: This supplement applies to all AETC units, the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and Air National Guard (ANG) units supporting AETC missions.
MAJCOM/DRU/FOA supplements to this manual require approval by the Command and Control Operations Career Field Manager.
ANG units will accomplish training standards/requirements as outlined by their GainingMAJCOM in preparation for mobilization.
Additional requirements such as facilities, manpower, and duty/work standards will be coordinated between individual units and the ANG 1C3 Career Field Manager to meet non-federal allocations.
The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) number following the compliance statement.
