The Logistics, Personnel, Programming, and Inflation factors are used to support lifecycle cost estimates, manpower cost comparisons, and other general cost studies.
The AF Cost per Flying Hour factors are used to develop the Flying Hour program portion of the President’s Budget. (paragraph 3)
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW AF Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW the AF Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) in the AF Records Information Management System (AFRIMS).
