What agreements must Air Force technology transfer activities use?

All Air Force technology transfer activities shall be accomplished using one or more model agreements approved by SAF/GCQ and maintained as part of the T2 Handbook. (paragraph 2)

Can CRADAs be entered into with foreign governments?

Commanders and Directors authorized to negotiate and enter into CRADAs may do so with various types of organizations in the public and private sector except directly or indirectly with foreign governments. (paragraph 2)

Where are licenses and royalties from Air Force inventions sent?

All licenses for and assignments of Air Force inventions, and any royalties or other payments associated therewith, shall be forwarded to the Air Force Technology Transfer Program Office as a central point of contact. (paragraph 2)

What information must laboratories provide for the annual report?

Air Force Laboratories and/or Technical Activities provide data on the progress and status of their technology transfer activities in accordance with this instruction and the T2 Handbook to the AFT2PM. (paragraph 6)
