Compliance is mandatory, and records created under its processes must be maintained and disposed of under cited Air Force requirements.
Applies to: This publication applies to all United States Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard (ANG) military and civilian personnel.
Failure to observe the prohibitions and mandatory provisions specified in paragraph 6.1.3. by active duty Air Force members, Air Force Reserve members on active duty or inactive duty for training, and ANG members in federal service under Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.), is a violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with Air Force Manual 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
Reports generated in accordance with this publication may be subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Freedom of Information Act requirements.
