It covers EFMP-M medical and educational reviews, PCS travel clearances, and identifying dental, educational, medical and mental health service availability. It also establishes procedures for managing the EFMP-M process and requires records to be maintained and disposed of under Air Force requirements.
Applies to: This supplement applies to all military personnel and their dependents entitled to receive medical care at the 375th Medical Group (MDG) including the 932d Airlift Wing (AW) (AFRES) and the 126th Air Refueling Wing (ARW) (ANG).
EFMP-M encompasses the medical and educational review functions that support accompanied military assignments, the EFMP and Department of Defense’s Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS).
Personnel who fail to adhere to this guidance may be punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) Article 92(1) or civil equivalent. (paragraph 41-210)
