The publication addresses EFMP-M medical and educational reviews, accompanied military assignments, services availability, and referrals involving military treatment facilities and other agencies. It requires privacy protections for health care information, record maintenance and disposal, and coordination for supplements and waivers.
Applies to: It applies to individuals at all levels who are assigned or attached to the (2 BW), including the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard (ANG), except where noted otherwise.
Family members of Reserve Component members who are on Active Duty for more than 30 days may be eligible for supportive services upon request. (paragraph 41-210)
ANG and AFRC personnel agencies are responsible for screening all Air Reserve Component (ARC) members with accompanied assignments and referring those with special needs family members to the nearest MTF to complete the services availability determination prior to travel. (paragraph 41-210)
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with Air Force Records Disposition Schedule (RDS). (paragraph 41-210)
