Applies to: Compliance with this supplement is mandatory, it applies to all personnel assigned to, attached to, or associated with 8 Fighter Wing, Kunsan Air Base (AB), Republic of Korea.
Ensures initial assignment notification to Active-Duty Service Member is completed and will include instructions for the ADSM to complete EFMP relocation clearance steps located in MyVector.
Will add or remove ALC Q code to or from the Active-Duty Service Member personnel record as requested by the Special Needs Coordinator (SNC). Will process the Q code letter within 3 days of receipt and return endorsed copy to 8 MDG EFMP-M staff.
Ensures the AFPC roster is current with Q-code members and is provided monthly to EFMP staff.
Kunsan AB has no Child Development Center and no command sponsored dependent children; an Inclusion Action Team (IAT) will be made available as deemed necessary by the 8th Force Support Squadron Commander.
Coordinates with MPS Inbound/Outbound Assignments regarding the completion of required EFMP-M relocation clearance requirements.
