All active duty AF sponsors assigned to Fairchild Air Force Base, regardless of location of dependents, will go through the family member clearance process with the 92d Medical Group (MDG) EFMP-M office. (paragraph 1)
The MPS will direct members to the 92 MDG EFMP-M office for assistance when applying for Exceptional Family Member Program Reassignment/Deferment. (paragraph 2)
The 92 FSS ensures that members from GSUs are referred to 92 MDG/FMRCC for screening of family members prior to issuance of OCONUS orders. (paragraph 2)
All sponsors with dependents will complete AF Form 4380 at Medical Right Start. (paragraph 3)
All positive AF Form 4380s will be sent to the 92 MDG EFMP office for enrollment determination. (paragraph 3)
