AFI36-3002_SHAWAFBSUP_I establishes procedures for the Casualty Services Program across Air Force organizations and command levels. It requires casualty reporting through DCIPS and addresses notification, assistance, benefits, emergency family travel, TSGLI, and vRED records.
All casualty reports are submitted using the Defense Casualty Information Processing System (DCIPS). (paragraph 2-2)
