Applies to: This instruction applies to all United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) personnel.
Violations of the specific prohibitions and requirements of this instruction and Supplement by military personnel, including but not limited to those contained within paragraphs 2.2.1 through 2.3.11, 7.1 and 7.2, may result in prosecution under Article 92 or Article 134, or both, of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) as well as any other applicable article of the UCMJ, as appropriate.
Adverse administrative action, to include administrative discharge, may also result.
Additional language has also been added to include guidance on sports wagering, off-duty employment, and participation in marijuana businesses.
