Applies to: This instruction applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard.
Not required for short tour duty assignments (12 months or less).
Not required for organizations with two or less personnel assigned.
Awarded upon completion of 12 months of on-the-job and completion of the Logistics Plans Craftsman Career Development Course and appropriate professional military education.
