Who must be informed when non-local travel stops at another MAJCOM base?

If non-local travel involves stopping at a base owned by a different MAJCOM, MAJCOM/PA of requesting MAJCOM will inform owning MAJCOM/CC. (paragraph 7)

How far in advance must airlift requests be submitted?

MAJCOM and/or base requests must be submitted to U.S. Transportation Command no later than 60 days prior to the event, or 30 days if request includes contact information for a unit willing to volunteer to support, including owning wing support. (paragraph 9)

Can commanders commit Department of the Air Force transportation before approval?

Commanders will not commit Department of the Air Force transportation prior to obtaining approval from proper authorities. (paragraph 9)

Can SAF/PAY delegate approval authority below the MAJCOM/PA?

SAF/PAY may delegate to the MAJCOM/PA but not lower. (paragraph 9)

What authorization is required before patients are photographed or interviewed?
