Failure to observe prohibitions and mandatory provisions of this Instruction in paragraphs 1.3.1, 1.3.2, and 1.3.3 by military personnel is a violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
Violations may result in administrative disciplinary action without regard to otherwise applicable criminal or civil sanctions for violations of related laws.
Major Commands (MAJCOM) may supplement this instruction.
Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with AFMAN 37-123, (will become AFMAN 33-363) Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) located at https://afrims.amc.af.mil.
