It covers alcohol consumption, serving and selling, purchasing for resale, taxation, breath analyzers, and bystander intervention. It prohibits powdered alcohol sales and sets requirements for training, supplements, and records.
Applies to: It applies to all personnel who sell, serve, purchase, or consume alcohol on Ramstein Air Base and all other Air Force installations in the Kaiserslautern Military Community.
Major Commands (MAJCOM) and installations may supplement this instruction.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) in the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS).
The revision also includes the new Bystander Intervention Training requirements and responsibilities and updates compliance statements and associated tiering.
