Applies to: This supplement applies to all Joint Base Charleston personnel.
Failure to observe prohibitions and mandatory provisions of this Instruction in paragraphs 1.3.1., 1.3.2., and 1.3.3. by military personnel is a violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
Violations may result in administrative disciplinary action without regard to otherwise applicable criminal or civil sanctions for violations of related laws.
All requests for exceptions outlined in Figure 1.1 will be submitted to the 628th Air Base Wing Commander (628 ABW/CC) through 628 FSS/CC, 628 MSG/CC and 628 AW/JA. (paragraph 34-210)
