To identify Ellsworth Air Force Base (EAFB) positions requiring priority on-base housing.
Key and Essential (K&E) personnel will be assigned housing on base unless otherwise excused by the 28th Bomb Wing Commander (28 BW/CC).
Personnel assigned to a K&E position are required to vacate their assigned on-base home no later than one-week prior to their Wing final outprocessing appointment/date in order to facilitate a smooth transition for both inbound and outbound K&E personnel.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Manual 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) located at https://www.my.af.mil/gcssaf61a/afrims/afrims/.
