Applies to: This supplement applies to all personnel operating at Arnold AFB; White Oak, MD (Tunnel 9), and Moffett Field, CA (NFAC) – military, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, and Contractors (Base Operating Contractors, Subcontractors, and Outside Contractors).
Training requirements (to include use and inspection) for subcontractor personnel training are established and provided by their management.
Requests for waivers must be submitted to the OPR listed above for consideration and approval.
