The publication establishes procedures for traffic supervision, traffic devices, driver credentials, suspensions, restricted privileges, and vehicle registration. It requires defensive driving courses before reinstatement in specified cases and sets requirements for vehicle operation, insurance, and records.
International driver’s permits without a corresponding valid State driver’s license will not be accepted for members who are visiting FEW TDY from their home country.
Personnel who knowingly furnish false or misleading information regarding the vehicle credentials are subject to driving revocation, base debarment and arrests by civil authorities.
The driving privileges of any individual operating a vehicle on the installation may be suspended or revoked due to point accumulation or driver behavior. (paragraph 31-1)
Drivers under the age of 21 who are found to have a blood alcohol content below .08% but above legal limit for drivers under the age of 21 in Wyoming will also have his or her driving privileges suspended for no less than one year. (paragraph 31-1)
Personnel requesting restricted privileges must submit a letter explaining the details, through their immediate commander and the 90 SFS/S5R section, to the 90 SFG/CC. (paragraph 31-1)
