Vehicles operators must possess and be prepared to show a valid state driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and proper vehicle registration to enter the installation. (paragraph 2)
POV’s entering the installations are subject to search and/or inspection at all times. (paragraph 2)
All commercial vehicles, regardless of size or entry time, are to be inspected in the vehicle inspection facility, building 103, prior to entering the installation. (paragraph 2)
