By Order of the Commander, Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), this AFRC Guidance Memorandum (GM) immediately implements changes to Air Force Instruction (AFI) 25201_AFRCSUP, Intra-Service, Intra-Agency, and Inter-Agency Support Agreements Procedures. Compliance with this memorandum is mandatory. (paragraph 1)
In accordance with DoDI 4000.19, Support Agreements, the FS Form 7600A must be used, instead of the DD Form 1144, to document the general terms and conditions of intragovernmental support agreements involving an OSD or DoD Component that requires payment from one party to another. (paragraph 3)
The FS Form 7600A may also be used to document and record agreements without reimbursement. (paragraph 3)
At a minimum units will conduct triennial (every three years) reviews of MOA/Us. (paragraph 3)
The SAM is not responsible for developing, coordinating, or managing MOA/Us. It is the Functional OPR’s responsibility to develop, coordinate, and review MOA/Us. (paragraph 3)
