AFI23-101_AMCSUP addresses stockage percentages, DIFM returns, financial audit readiness, protective equipment, waivers, disposal, retention, and overdue shipments. It requires mandatory compliance, records maintenance, and routing of supplements and waiver requests through specified authorities.
Applies to: This publication applies to Air Mobility Command (AMC) Regular Air Force.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the Publication OPR for non-tiered compliance items, utilizing guidance identified in DAFI 33-360.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
Notify Air Force Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, Logistics Readiness Division, (AF/A4LR) of guidance conflicts between this instruction and any other DoD/Air Force guidance or Technical Orders (TO). Pending case resolution, DoD directives/TOs will take precedence.
