It establishes local procedures for repeat, recurring, and cannot duplicate discrepancies, aircraft washes, flight checks, and weight-and-balance handbooks. Compliance with the publication is mandatory, and prescribed records are maintained under applicable records-management requirements.
Applies to: This publication applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, the Air Force Reserve, the Air National Guard, and those who are contractually obligated to comply with Department of the Air Force publications.
The Debrief Section will enter the discrepancy in G081 and type “REPEAT” or “RECURRING” and the job control number of the initial write-up in the discrepancy block, and stamp or write “REPEAT” or “RECURRING” in red in the discrepancy block of the AFTO Form 781A, Maintenance Discrepancy and Work Document.
An SCR-qualified 7skill level or higher and/or civilian equivalent technician will review the discrepancy and corrective action(s).
CNDs will be cleared IAW TO 00-201, Aerospace Equipment Maintenance Inspection, Documentation, Policy, and Procedures Air Mobility Command Supplement.
Aircraft Washes on all 374 AW C-130 aircrafts are performed under a contract and overseen by 374 MXG/MXQ Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
Upon each FCF non-release, a new TO 1C-130J-6CF-1 will be accomplished to account for the number of attempted FCF flights.
