When the FCF is completed and all FCF discrepancies are cleared in accordance with applicable directives, ensure the AFTO Forms 781A, Maintenance Discrepancy and Work Document, are reviewed by QA prior to the aircraft being released to operations.
The full profile FCF for T-38 aircraft will be accomplished during the initial flight following a major periodic inspection, regardless of the reason for the FCF.
