It updates requirements for the Special Certification Roster, Hangar Queen Management, Wing Standup, reporting, and aircraft towing qualifications. It also addresses Multi-MDS Hot Refueling, Aircrew Refueling Training Plans, aircraft repair priorities, support equipment, fuels, and munitions.

WG/CC will chair a daily Wing Stand-Up meeting.
The purpose of the Wing Stand-up meeting is to support mission production decisions and interactions to enhance coordination between Operations Squadrons, Dedicated FGS/RGS, Maintenance Squadrons, and base agencies supporting sortie production.
F-15s with the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS), 5th Generation aircraft, and the HH-60W have enhanced on-board diagnostics and internal testing capabilities, they are exempt. (paragraph 6)
Sq/CC will assign a SNCO, officer, or civilian equivalent as the dedicated hangar queen manager responsible for documenting, controlling and overseeing CANN actions, transfer and diversion actions and work with the production section to establish a recovery plan. (paragraph 6)
