Applies to: This instruction applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard organizations (to include contracted locations) that administer an airfield driving program.
All personnel utilizing the Dyess AFB (DAFB) airfield shall be responsible for adhering to this supplement.
The Unit ADPM shall ensure all refresher training is completed annually (NLT the 364th day from issue or previous refresher date) for each driver. (paragraph 4)
Annual refresher training will consist of a runway incursion prevention test and an airfield diagram test. (paragraph 3)
Personnel who do not complete all refresher training within this timeline are rescinded from driving on the airfield until refresher training is completed. (paragraph 4)
Members must wait 7 days before retesting. (paragraph 7)
