Applies to: This publication applies to all Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) organizations that operate or administer functions in facilities in the airfield operations flight (AOF).
I have received and completed all of the above training requirements and will comply with Air Force Instruction 13-213 and (if applicable) wing/base supplement. (paragraph 1-8)
I am also fully aware that no vehicle or pedestrian shall enter a runway or other controlled movement areas without approval from the Air Traffic Control Tower. (paragraph 1-8)

Assess each unit’s airfield driving program at least annually for program integrity and compliance. (paragraph 1-6)
