It addresses flying operations supervision structures, supervision chains, waivers, commander and supervisor roles, and new training requirements. Compliance with Attachment 2 is mandatory, while compliance with Attachments 1 and 3 is not mandatory.
Applies to: This supplement applies to all Creech AFB units, including those under the 53rd Test and Evaluation Group (53 TEG) and associate Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) units and members.
Compliance with Attachment 2 is mandatory.

Units operating RPAs within the Creech AFB local area from a geographically separated unit to include: 26th Weapons Squadron (26 WPS, Nellis AFB), 25th Attack Group (25 ATKG, Shaw AFB), and 432nd Wing units not stationed at Creech AFB shall be familiar with this document.
Additions to Chapter 6 address new training requirements.
Major changes include SOF responsibilities for C-Band management procedures, SOF requirements for geographically separated units (GSU), codifying normal and reduced flying operations, and updating Ops Sup responsibilities.
