The publication addresses flying operations supervision structures, supervision chains, roles, waivers, and minimum supervision requirements. It also includes training requirements and 920th Rescue Wing procedures for subordinate flying units.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the publication office of primary responsibility (OPR) for non-tiered compliance items.
Compliance with Attachment 2 is mandatory. Compliance with Attachment 1 and Attachment 3 is not mandatory.
